Haninge municipality is looking for a supplier who is responsible for the library system and the library web as a functioning whole and who, with the business and its users in focus, can introduce, manage and further develop this system entity.
The system shall be available to the client as a service (SaaS) where all application programs, server environments, operation, monitoring, support, storage and backup are included.

Procurement Södertörn hereby invites together with Haninge municipality to a procurement of a System Support for Library.
Extent
Today, the public libraries in Haninge use the library system BOOK-IT and ArenaGo, version 4.7.4. for the library web. Primary schools use FreeLib as their administrative interface, but all information comes from BOOK-IT. Holdings and borrower registers are shared between school and public libraries but in separate account organizations. The schools currently do not have a searchable catalogue on the web.
Haninge municipality has been using PM3 as its administrative control model for some time. The library system BOOK-IT and the Arena website are administrative objects that are managed according to the model. The systems have a common object owner and management manager but an object specialist for each system.
