Supply, at a fixed monthly fee, of n.1 bidirectional device for electronic detection violations of maximum instantaneous speed limits to be used in a fixed location all-inclusive of all activities related to installation, maintenance. ord. and straord. including possible replacement for vandalism.

The object of the contract shall be the award:

1.1 The material management to support the management service of the entire cycle of sanctioning administrative procedures under the responsibility of the Provincial Police Command of the Body (data entry, printing, enveloping, optical arch, etc. etc.) with the possibility of annexing the supply of the software platform for managing the sanctioning cycle;

1.2 The supply, by rental, at a fixed monthly fee, of n. 5 devices for the electronic detection of violations of the maximum instantaneous speed limits to be used in the so-called fixed location all-inclusive of all activities related to the installation, ordinary and extraordinary maintenance including any replacement in the face of vandalism.

1.3 The supply, at a fixed monthly fee, of n. 1 bidirectional device for the electronic detection of violations of the maximum instantaneous speed limits to be used in a so-called fixed location all-inclusive of all activities related to installation, ordinary and extraordinary maintenance including any replacement in the face of vandalism.

1.4 The support service for compulsory collection activities carried out directly by the Body through the Tax Injunction referred to in Royal Decree no. 639 of 14 April 1910 and the rules of Presidential Decree no. 602 of 29/09/1973, as applicable, of non-oblate sums in the manner and within the ordinary terms provided for by the Board of Directors

It should be noted that with regard to the number and type of vehicular traffic control devices referred to in points 1.2, 1.3 above, which, 2 unidirectional stations and the bidirectional station, are already authorized, while the other three are awaiting the completion of the authorization process. The contractor must make himself available, therefore and from the beginning, to changes in the number and type of authorized devices that will be installed, remaining unchanged the amounts and technical rules, as resulting from the results of the tender, without the contractor being able to make any request and claim.

Pursuant to art. 35 of Legislative Decree 50/2016 as amended, the total amount of the estimated value of the contract, including the technical extension, as required by art. 106 of Legislative Decree 50/2016 and subsequent amendments of 6 months is equal to € 4,278,186.00, while the starting value of the auction is € 3,889,260.00 (excluding VAT), not including any extension of 6 months.
