The purpose of this framework agreement is to maintain the existing fleet of multifunction photocopiers of the City and the Centre Communal d'Action Sociale (CCAS) of Pavillons-Sous-Bois.The contractor will be responsible for the preventive and curative maintenance of the existing fleet of monochrome and colour multifunction photocopiers of the KONICA Minolta brand.This framework agreement is part of a grouping of orders, taken by deliberation no. 2015.00092 of June 29, 2015, between the City and the CCAS, whose coordinator is the City. The single-contractor Framework Agreement is drawn up in accordance with the provisions of Articles R.2162-1 to R.2162-6 and R.2162-13 to R.2162-14 of the French Procurement Code, publique.il will be processed by applying unit prices and is concluded with no minimum amount and a maximum annual amount of 30,000 euro(s) (excluding VAT).
As part of this framework agreement, the licensee will be responsible for the maintenance of the City's existing fleet of monochrome and colour multifunction photocopiers and CCAS under the konica minolta brand. It will also be responsible for the supply of a remote maintenance system, self-diagnosis, autonomous management of consumables that allows automatic replenishment and automatic and remote meter reading. In this context, it will have to ensure: -Preventive and corrective maintenance of these devices,-The supply of all consumables, except paper, necessary for their proper functioning,-The service provider will provide the buyer with a secure extranet web portal with identifiers that will make it possible to manage the community's printing systems in accordance with Article 7.1.4 of the CCP,- The automatic re-entry of the counters of each machine,-the sending of cartridges/toner as soon as the remaining 20% is reached, in order to have an efficient and uninterrupted turnover of the printing consumables;-the replacement of defective parts by certified technicians,-the training of users and computer assistants.the services will be regulated by the application of the unit prices as they appear:- in the unit price list (BPU);-in the catalogue/general tariff for spare parts updated annually, if available to the contractor, and on which the discount rate indicated in the BPU is applied for supplies falling within the scope of the framework agreement but not included in the BPU or, where applicable, on the basis of the equipment invoices paid by the service provider, increased by a sales coefficient entered in the BPU
