Engineering services for planning detailed exploration and renovation as well as construction supervision of security measures at a former industrial used location in Berlin Treptow-Köpenick.

The main contaminants are COP (HCH, DDT), BTEX. LCKW and chlorobenzene. The entry was made in soil, soil air and groundwater. The following security measures were carried out on HE area 9:

1. Building substance and underground exploration,

2. Dismantling of the standing structure.

Planning services are awarded in accordance with the performance profile of HOAI 2013 Part 3 Object Planning, Section.

3, engineering structures § 41 and § 43 i. V. with Appendix 12.

The order includes selected basic services from service phases 1-7 as well as special services. The client initially awards the selected basic services of LP 1 and 2 including special services.

The following service phases 3 to 7 and other special services are awarded in stages.
