Flughafen Zürich AG (FZAG) is planning to further develop its core infrastructure at the "airport head", which includes in particular the replacement of Dock A. This project and the other related construction projects are grouped together in the "Airport Head Development Programme" (EFHK Programme).

The concept for project-related quality management in the EFHK programme (PQM concept EFHK) defines the risk management procedure at the programme level – this includes requirements, construction project and operations management – and for the individual construction projects.

The advertised "PQM Staff Unit" assumes responsibility for PQM at the programme level and is responsible for risk management for the EFHK programme.
