Conversion and expansion of the former US military hospital in Berlin Lichterfelde into the FUBIC innovation center.
The building is centrally located as a free-standing large structure with a base of approx. 60m x 120m on a development site of approx. five hectares. It has two basement floors and six above-ground full floors (ground floor - 5th floor). The upper floors are designed as blocks with dimensions of 20 x 118 m.
