Procurement of self-enrollment equipment (terminal equipment)

The acquisition includes self-enrolment installations (terminal equipment) and related continuous services available to the City of Helsinki Social and Health Industry. Equipment for purchase leased as part of the total service to be acquired.

The acquisition includes self-enrollment installations (terminal facilities) and related Continuing services available to the City of Helsinki Social and Health Industry. Equipment for purchase rented included in the total service to be acquired.

The City of Helsinki Social and Health Industry has introduced Apotti client patient information system during 2021. The Apotti system includes a Welcome kiosk — an enrollment application for enrollment and customer guidance. The Welcome kiosk app belongs to Apotti delivery, but self-enrollment equipment is required to use it.

Registration installations consist of a central processing unit, monitor, printer, card reader, and case. Hardware will be installed on the Subscriber's Internal Network. The Windows mainframe that is part of the hardware is installed using the Windows workstation standard in the city of Helsinki and Abbot's Welcome kiosk application is installed on it using the installation kit. Acquisite installations will be placed in various locations of the Subscriber and the Subscriber will ensure that the destination has the required cabling and electricity ready.

Enrollment equipment for acquisition leased. The vendor shall provide Continuous Services designed to ensure the technical functionality of the supplied Installations and their components. In more detail, the requirements of terminal installations and the contents of related continuing services and the cooperation between Subscriber and Vendor are specified in the call for tenders and its annexes.

The basis for selection of bids is the cheapest total price, which is formed at the aggregate price of target groups x four (4) years of use.

The acquisition includes leasing up to 130 terminals. The subscriber undertakes to acquire 70 installations in the first place and the deployment of these hardware repetitions will be carried out in connection with the commissioning project mentioned in the request for tender and its annexes. The equipment is delivered to approximately 30 different street addresses in the City of Helsinki area. The amounts will be specified at the time of deployment.

After the commissioning project, the equipment will be ordered from the vendor as a separate request for service or in any other mutually agreed manner. However, the subscriber does not undertake to acquire hardware after the commissioning project. The tenderer should note that the amount indicated in the invitation to tender emphasizes the maximum amount of purchase of equipment, it is not the number of installations to be ordered. Actual hardware volumes to order may be lower than this.
