Lillehammer, Øyer and Gausdal municipalities have had, from 2002, had a procurement collaboration with a joint procurement office in Lillehammer municipality.

Lillehammer municipality, hereafter called the contracting authority, invites tenderers to an open tender contest for trade services for Lillehammer, Øyer and Gausdal municipalities.

The contracting authority shall procure trade services for Lillehammer, Øyer and Gausdal municipalities within each of the trade groups:

— Construction/joinery;

— Electro;

— Plumber;

— Ventilation and flashing and guttering;

— Painting/wallpapering/floor laying;

— Masonry and tiling work;

— Glazier/glass work;

— Welding and metal work;

The framework agreements shall mainly apply for maintenance measures, minor alterations and installations in the municipalities' properties.

Tenderers can submit a tender for 1 or several trades.

Tenderers can submit a tender for 1 of the municipalities, 2 of the municipalities, or for all 3 municipalities.

Three parallel framework agreements shall be signed for each trade for each municipality, provided that there are a sufficient number of suitable tenderers and tenders.
