The purpose of this contract is to carry out phytosanitary diagnoses and periodic inspections of trees on the territory of GPSO. The contract is a framework agreement of services, processed with purchase orders on the basis of fixed unit prices, in accordance with Articles R.2162-3, R.2162-13 and R.2162-14 of the Public Order Code. It does not include an annual minimum amount but the following annual maximum amounts per member of the group: GPSO 400 000 euro (s) HT Boulogne-Billancourt 50 000 euro (s) HT Chaville 12 000 euro (s) HT Marnes-La-Coquette 5 000 euro (s) HT Issy-Les-Moulineaux 50 000 euro (s) HT Meudon 70 000 euro (s) HT Sèvres 34 000 euro (s) HT Vanves 17 000 euro (s) HT Ville d'avray 12 000 euro (s) (H.T.).

This consultation is part of a group of orders comprising GPSO, as coordinator, and the cities of Boulogne-Billancourt, Chaville, Issy-Les-Moulineaux, Marnes-La-Coquette, Meudon, Sèvres, Vanves and Ville-D'Avray. Each public entity (GPSO, the Cities of Boulogne-Billancourt, Chaville, Issy-Les-moulineaux, Marnes-La-Coquette, Meudon, Sèvres, Vanves and Ville-D'Avray) monitors the execution of its own marché.la this consultation mainly concerns :-D health diagnostics of the alignment trees of the roads of Grand Paris Seine Ouest and the member cities of the group, -the Health Diagnostics of the trees of the Parks and Gardens, embankments, squares and communal sites (schools, nurseries, sports complexes and communal cemeteries),-Foot-to-foot diagnostics, Urban Forest Controls and Analyses,-Winter Controls on all sites managed by GPSO and the Member Cities of the group, with the exception of the City of Meudon which carries out controls of trees under control,- The contract will take effect from the date of its notification, for a period of one (1) year renewable three (3) times by tacit renewal, i.e. a maximum period of four (4) years. The holder of the contract concerned may not refuse its renewal in accordance with Article R.2112-4 of the Public Order Code
