2. The service provided is covered by:

- the ticket control system for passengers getting on the bus, consisting of getting passengers on the bus through the front door while presenting the ticket driver or other document authorizing them to travel without a ticket. Boarding the bus takes place through the front door. Getting off the bus takes place through the back door,

- the Silesian Public Service Card system,

- dynamic passenger information system in vehicles performing services on the abovementioned lines, including in particular visual and audio announcement of stops located on the route of the line and providing passengers with additional information about public transport services,

- a system of driving sales of printed tickets from ŚKUP system devices by drivers (drivers).

3. Parameters of the line that is the subject of the contract:

Rolling stock: BN = 1 940 000 wzkm, including 25,000 wzkm relates to the possibility of temporarily increasing the material scope of the subject of the contract related to the need to organize public transport on designated sections of the route in connection with immediate road and track repairs or in connection with occurring traffic difficulties, caused by failures of the road network and tracks, or for other reasons preventing the functioning of public transport in the basic shape.

4. The Employer shall make available to Contractors, not used to describe the object of the contract, timetables for the above. lines at the Department of Transport Organization. The Contractor to whom the contract will be awarded, the Employer will provide a set of timetables before the conclusion of the contract.

5. The Employer has implemented the Silesian Public Service Card (ŚKUP) system, whose electronic purse function is used in public transport as an electronic ticket. Direct communication with vehicles is via GPRS / UMTS and WiFi.

6. In the event of a reduction in the material scope of the subject of the contract, the Contractor shall not be entitled to a claim for remuneration taking into account the number of vehicle kilometers specified above in point 3, i.e. the expected total operational work during the contract period.

The Employer requires, during the performance of the contract, employment on the basis of an employment contract by the Contractor or a subcontractor of bus drivers, ie persons performing activities consisting in the performance of work in the manner specified in art. 22 § 1 of the Act of 26 June 1974 - Labor Code (Journal of Laws of 2018, item 108, as amended).

8. During the performance of the contract, the Employer shall be entitled to perform control activities against the Contractor or subcontractor regarding the Contractor's compliance with the employment requirement under the above-mentioned employment contract. people (bus drivers).
