The contract is implemented as part of the project "A comprehensive project of adaptation of forests and forestry to climate change - small retention and prevention of water erosion in lowlands".
The project is co-financed from funds from the European Community budget (Cohesion Fund) under the Operational Program Infrastructure and Environment 2014-2020).
The subject of the contract is to act as an investor supervision inspector for the following task with the code given by the Center for the Coordination of Environmental Projects (CKPŚ): 14-17-1.2-01
Planned to be implemented under the action "A comprehensive project of adaptation of forests and forestry to climate change - small retention and prevention of water erosion in lowland areas" by the Babimost Forest District. The facilities planned for construction are located in the Lubuskie Voivodship, Świebodziński Poviat.
The subject of the contract is to perform the duties of an investor supervision inspector in the construction works of small retention facilities in the Babimost Forest District.
The performance of the duties of the supervision inspector should in particular mean:
a) performing, pursuant to the provisions of the Act of 7.7.1994 Construction Law (Journal of Laws of 2019, item 1186), specific tasks: Investor's supervision inspector (Articles 25, 26 of the Construction Law (Journal of Laws of 2019 item 1186) or the coordinator of investor supervision activities (Article 27 of the Construction Law (Journal of Laws of 2019 item 1186),
b) representing the investor on the construction site by controlling the compliance of its implementation with the project, regulations and applicable Polish Standards as well as the principles of technical knowledge,
c) checking the quality of works, embedded products, and in particular preventing the use of defective construction products and not authorized for circulation and use in road construction,
d) checking and receiving works that are covered and disappearing, participating in technical tests and acceptances, as well as preparing and participating in the acceptance of ready construction works and putting them to use,
e) confirmation of actually carried out works and removal of defects.
The scope of work includes supervision and control over works including:
1. Performance of construction works in accordance with the design and technical specification of execution and acceptance of works.
2. Preparation of as-built documentation for the task, including as-built geodetic survey.
3. Completion of construction.
4. Financial, qualitative and timely settlement of tasks.
The detailed scope of the service to be performed is included in the draft contract (Annex 6 to the ToR) and is to be performed in accordance with the design documentation and bill of quantities (Annex 2 to the ToR), as well as the technical specification of the execution and acceptance of the works (Annex 3 to the ToR) .
The Employer requires at least a 5-year warranty on the activities performed.
