The maximum amount of this Framework Agreement with Service Order is EUR 400,000.00 excluding VAT for each of the lots, over the overall duration of the contract (i.e. 4 years), i.e. EUR 100,000.00 excluding VAT per year and per lot.

The consultation provides for 2 lots.

The number of lots awarded to the same tenderer is limited to 1.

The rule for the award of lots is as follows: if a tenderer submits the most economically advantageous tender over several lots, the lot awarded first will be the one on which it has been found, on the overall score the greatest difference with the candidate arriving in the next position. The operation will be repeated for the allocation of subsequent lots.
