The purpose of the contract is to take out insurance covering the construction of a new La Vallée secondary school in Châtenay-Malabry, which includes:- Damage Insurance in accordance with the provisions of Article L. 242-1 et seq. of the Insurance Code and the "Collective Ten-Year Liability Contract (CCRD)" insurance (basic offer);- the following additional guarantees (Possible additional services):- Guarantee of proper functioning of the elements of equipment, referred to in Article 1792-3 of the Civil Code (Pse1);- guarantee for consequential immaterial damage (Pse2)
