Service contract for the maintenance, operation, monitoring and repair of collective boiler rooms and specific technical equipment

This contract is a service contract, within the meaning of Article 2, 20º of the Public Procurement Act of 17.6.2017, for the designation of a maintenance company.

The latter will be in charge of the maintenance, the driving, the monitoring, the repairs and the improvements in terms of energy performance of the collective boiler houses and the specific technical equipment.

Lot 1: Boiler rooms ≥ 300 kW excluding Remeha.

Lot 2: Boiler rooms <300 kW outside Remeha.

Lot 3: Boiler rooms with boilers Remeha.
