ViP Verkehrsbetrieb Potsdam GmbH is the mobility service provider of the state capital Potsdam. The ViP line network covers the city of Potsdam almost everywhere. .

The aim is to conclude several framework agreements. The call for services is made on a case-by-case basis for the corresponding scheduled trips, special trips or trips in the SEV.

The subject matter of the framework agreements is the provision of planned and operational operating services with buses and coaches in regular, special scheduled and occasional services in accordance with the Passenger Transport Act (PBefG) and in tram replacement services in the ViP operating area.

The service is provided in two lots:

Lot 1 - Subcontractors with their own staff on their own vehicles

Lot 2 - Temporary employment on vehicles of the contracting authority

The provision of services refers to planned and operational journeys in scheduled, special scheduled and occasional services in accordance with the Passenger Transport Act (PBefG) and in tram replacement services in the ViP operating area with barrier-free articulated, standard, midi and/or minibuses, in the Emergency SEV also in exceptional cases with low-entry vehicles.

The object of performance is the provision of temporary agency workers on the basis of a framework contract in accordance with the Temporary Employment Act (AÜG) of 07.08.1972 in the currently valid version as a bus driver (m/f/d) in scheduled, special and occasional transport in accordance with the Passenger Transport Act (PBefG) and in the tram replacement service in the service area of the ViP.

The temporary workers are used on the client's standard and articulated buses on transport services planned by the client.
