The Victoriahöhe to the west of the campus is a pile of dumping material from the former Meuro opencast mine on the site of the former Victoria I briquette factory. The viewpoint
Victoria height gives a view of the Großräschener See, the IBA terraces, the pier, the vineyard, the Großräschener city harbor and the avenue of stones.
The mining history of Großräschen is to be experienced through a visitor tunnel below the Victoria level. At this authentic location, the Öberflözstollen was mined using the civil engineering method until the beginning of the 20th century. The historical lignite mining and coal power generation contrast with the development of renewable energies. The construction of a visitor tunnel complements the tourist offer of the location and, in conjunction with the planned energy center, also serves to teach history and modern energy production. Therefore, a direct link between the visitor tunnel and the glass energy center (lot 2) is planned.
The subject of the services advertised here are planning services for the construction of a new visitor gallery, in combination and connection to the glass energy center (lot 2).
