The contract has as its object the assignment of the surveillance services - concierge and reception - at the offices of the Municipality of Città di Castello indicated in the tender documentation. The concierge and reception services are aimed at ensuring the management of the activities of ushering and assistance to the public and custody of the rooms at the municipal offices, according to the methods and conditions provided for in these Specifications and in the offer presented during the tender.
The contract has as its object the concierge and reception service of the Municipality of Città di Castello – inspection not provided for – provisional guarantee equal to 2 %, except as provided for in art. 93, paragraph 7 of Legislative Decree 50/2016 - The fee based on the auction is € 207,816.39 - VAT 22% and safety charges due to risks from interference (equal to € 1,200.00) excluded
