Description:
Pre-qualification for supply of air heat pump to Dronninglund District Heating

Dronninglund District Heating wants to establish an electric heat pump. The planned heat pump system must primarily utilize outdoor air as a heat source, but also be able to cool the steam heat storage when this is advantageous. The heat pump must be included as a heat production unit together with the plant's other units at the current plant in Lunderbjerg.

The current plant in Lunderbjerg consists of 4 main elements:

Solar heating plant, with a total area of 37,500 m2 and an annual heat production of 18,000 MWh (10,000 MWh during the summer period).

Dam heat storage, of 60,000 m3 and a heat supply of 7,000 MWh in the winter season (including solar panels).

A transmission line of 2.8 km to the city (boiler center on Søndervangsvej) with a maximum capacity of 160 m3 / h, corresponding to approx. 6 MW.

A mixing circuit which can supply water at any temperature between the temperature in respectively. "top" and "center" of the steam heat storage during the summer period, to limit the flow temperature in the transmission line to approx. 75 island C.

The heat pump should, as a rule, only be used during the winter months from October to May, and will be erected in a new building adjacent to the current engineering building at the steam heat storage facility. Dronninglund District Heating establishes the new engineering building. The cooling yard with air solenoid for the new heat pump is placed immediately north of the steam heat storage, approx. 10 m above building level. Condensation water is directed to the seepage pool west of the steam heat storage. All this is located at Lunderbjerg 6A, 9330 Dronninglund.

The project is offered as a functional offering in the following contracts:

Heat pump contract, including associated machine installations, electricity and control - Total contract

- Construction work - Client delivery,

- Electricity Supply and Management Enterprise - Client Delivery,

- Since the building and control center price is the builder's deliveries, it should be expected that coordination with the builder throughout the heat pump contract.

Brønderslev Municipality has decided that the project does not require an EIA permit. The project has also been approved in accordance with the Heat Supply Act.

The complete heat pump system must be designed for high quality, high efficiency, long life, low noise levels and many operating hours during the winter months.
