All the services covered by the contract are described in Art. 1 of the Technical Performance Specifications (hereinafter referred to as the Specifications). Tender amount: € 585,000.00 + VAT, of which € 410,000.00 subject to discount, and € 175,000.00 + VAT for labour costs separated from the discount, in addition to € 15,000.00 + VAT for safety charges on works not subject to tender discount.

The national collective agreement applied for the estimation of labour is that of the sector signed on 3 March 2022

Pursuant to Annex II.12 Table A – Categories of General and Specialized Works of Legislative Decree no. 36/2023, the works are classified in category OS 20-B: Geognostic Investigations classification III, subcontractable, according to the provisions of art. 119 of the Code. Therefore, the main execution of the works relating to the prevailing category of works cannot be subcontracted.

Subcontracting: The tenderer shall indicate at the time of the tender the parts of the service which he intends to subcontract. The execution of the works may not be entrusted entirely to third parties. In accordance with the provisions of art. 119 of the Code, in the absence of such indications, subcontracting is prohibited. Payments will be made directly to the subcontractor in the cases referred to in paragraph 11 of the same Article 119. Deposits and guarantees required: provisional in the amount of € 14,400.00, equal to 2% of the total value of the procedure, to be provided in the manner set out in art. 106 of the Code; The aforementioned guarantee must be valid for at least 180 days from the date of submission of the offer. The successful bidder will have to provide the final one as per art. 24 of the Specifications. Legal form to be taken by the Temporary Grouping of Competitors: The participation of economic operators in individual or associated form is allowed, according to the provisions of art. 65 of the Code, provided that they meet the requirements set out in this notice and in the tender regulations.

Method of determining the fee: by measure. In relation to the institution of reliance, reference should be made to the provisions of art. 104 of the Code.
