The subject of the contract is the service of collecting and managing municipal waste from owners of real estate residing in the city of Lubaczów, collected by them in accordance with the provisions of the regulations for maintaining cleanliness and order in the commune of Lubaczów - in accordance with the resolution of the City Council in Lubaczów regarding the regulations for maintaining cleanliness and order in the municipality of Lubaczów.

2. The scope of the subject of the contract includes:

1) collection from all owners of real estate residing in the commune, each quantity of municipal waste collected:

a) unsorted (mixed) municipal waste (200301) collected in containers or bags;

(b) municipal waste collected selectively in containers or bags, including:

- paper (150101, 200101),

- glass (150107, 200102),

- plastics (150102, 200139), metal (150104, 200140), multi-material,

- bio-waste constituting municipal waste (code 20 01 08, 20 02 01),

- slags and ashes (20 01 99);

c) municipal waste collected in a selective manner, not requiring special containers for their collection, including:

- furniture and other bulky waste (200307),

- worn tires (160103),

- waste electrical and electronic equipment (20 01 35, 200136 *) regardless of its condition and completeness;

d) collected in containers located in the city of Lubaczów, the following types of waste: paper and cardboard, glass and metals, plastics, multi-material packaging;

e) medications collected in containers located in selected pharmacies after the expiry date and unused medications (does not apply to medications from operations);

f) used batteries and accumulators, other than industrial and automotive, collected in containers located in schools and public facilities;

g) collected at the point of separate municipal waste collection:

- expired medicines

- chemicals,

- waste batteries and accumulators,

- furniture and other bulky waste,

- waste electrical and electronic equipment,

- paper waste,

- glass waste,

- metal and plastic wastes and multi-material packaging,

- worn tires,

- biodegradable waste, including green,

- construction and demolition municipal waste;

h) waste from street bins;

(i) waste from animal faeces bins of the "Saba" type.

3) Management of received municipal waste in a way that takes into account the following conditions:

a) as part of waste management, the waste collector is obliged to transfer the collected mixed municipal waste, biodegradable waste and residues from the sorting of municipal waste destined for the disposal of municipal waste treatment in installations. The entity collecting waste is obliged to indicate in the offer municipal installations to which it will transfer waste. The Contractor will submit to the Employer once a month (together with the invoice for the service rendered) a waste transfer card;

b) in the case of separately collected municipal waste other than the above-mentioned and other than paper waste, including cardboard waste, paper packaging waste and cardboard packaging waste, glass waste, including glass packaging waste, metal waste, including packaging waste metals, plastic waste, including plastic packaging waste, as well as multi-material packaging waste and biodegradable waste, with particular emphasis on bio-waste as part of waste management, the entity collecting waste is obliged to transfer it for recovery, and if recovery is not possible, in accordance with waste management hierarchy, referred to in art. 17 of the Act of 14.12.2012 on waste (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2019 No. 701 as amended). The Contractor shall submit waste transfer cards to the Employer once a year;

c) in the case of selectively collected paper waste, including cardboard waste, paper packaging waste and cardboard packaging waste, glass waste, including glass packaging waste, metal waste, including metal packaging waste, plastic waste, in including plastic packaging waste, and multi-material packaging waste, biodegradable waste with particular emphasis on bio-waste ...
