A) Restoration, transport logistics and train supply:
- Restoration: a service that encompasses everything necessary for the production and / or supply and assembly of "trays" or "services", as defined in the offer; which, after their transfer to the train and final conditioning, where appropriate, will be served to customers, entitled to do so, in their seats or in the train spaces intended for this purpose. It also includes the operation of the Cafeteria and Mobile Bar service,
- Logistics of transport and provisioning to the train: service that guarantees the transfer of the "trays", provision of products for cafeteria, etc., from the Production Center of these to the train and its load in the same, for its later distribution on board. This service also includes the transfer from the logistics bases to the train and board the train, of any element that Renfe decides, such as press, headphones, etc. This service includes unloading the train of empty and leftover items for return to the Production, Cleaning and Recovery Center, as appropriate.
B) Customer service on board the train: customer service during the different phases of the trip and situations that include:
- Restoration service in the seat,
- Various services: reception and farewell of travelers, distribution of press, audio, video, information to the traveler, public address, cabin service in night trains, help with luggage, etc.,
- Cafeteria Service, Mobile Bar and vendig machines.
