This procedure is an open call for tenders pursuant to Articles L. 2124-1, L. 2124-2, R. 2124-2 and R. 2161-2 to R. 2161-5 of the French Public Procurement Code. It is passed with maximum amounts pursuant to Articles R.2162-4, R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the same code. The candidate has the opportunity to submit a tender for one or more lots. The Framework Agreement is composed of 8 lots. Lot 1 is for the purchase of spare parts for vehicles weighing less than 3.5 tonnes, Lot 2 for the purchase of spare parts for vehicles over 3.5 tonnes, Lots 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7 for the purchase of tyres and Lot 8 for the purchase of lubricants. Each batch will be assigned to a single operator. Prices are denominated and subject to revision

The lot concerns the supply and delivery of spare parts, consumables and accessories necessary for the maintenance and repair of light vehicles of less than 3.5 tonnes

The lot concerns the supply and delivery of consumable spare parts and accessories necessary for the maintenance and repair of heavy vehicles over 3.5 tons

The lot concerns the supply and delivery of tyres for vehicles under 3.5 tonnes and machinery as well as certain services resulting from the activity. The replaced tyres will have to be taken back by the service provider. A detail of the recycling process is to be included in the technical brief
