The municipal council decided in June 2022 that Stavanger Municipality should undertake the debt collection service internally. A tender contest will therefore be published for the procurement of a debt collection system.

Stavanger Municipality would now like to procure a system to follow-up customer debts. The system must be able to handle all of the debts in the municipality, currently split between 30 companies. Stavanger Municipality can, at any time and freely assess to what degree debts from the different companies will be imported in the debt collection system.
