the Norwegian Defence Estates Agency (NDEA)invites tenders to submit tenders for participation in a tender contest with negotiation (two-step procedure) for a general contract for 3 buildings in Rena Camp.

The project is localised inside the current camp area. The project includes a total of 3 buildings. Building A shall be constructed on 2 floors, where the ground floor consists of a workshop/garage section as well as technical rooms. The 1st floor consists of offices, meeting rooms and teaching rooms. Load-bearing structures/external walls and floor dividers shall be made of concrete. Steel façade panels. The building shall be erected with a saddle roof (wooden roof trusses). The total gross area (Norwegian: BRA) is approx. 1520 m2.

Building B is included as an option. Building B shall be constructed on 2 floors. The building is a billeting building which shall be erected by using steel columns and half-timbering walls. Concrete elements shall be used in the floor dividers. The total gross area (Norwegian: BRA) is approx. 660 m2.

Building C is a cold building for placing waste containers and emergency power systems. The technical installations for electrical and HVAC and sanitrary installations are included in the general contract, including conveying from switch-on points. An area for access for cars shall be developed outside the building
