The initiative consists in the implementation of the following new construction interventions:

a) Five buildings intended to host start-ups.

b) Two buildings of the Civic Schools of the Municipality of Milan.

c) At the food court.

(d) The cornice.

These interventions represent the first interventions of the operation for the expansion of the University in the area called "Goccia" of Bovisa as well as building development initiatives of interest to the Municipality of Milan.

The Contract will relate to the Interventions referred to in point II.1.4) and will include the following services:

a) Executive design and safety coordination, 2,420,000 Euros.

b) Construction works, 120,816,000.00 Euros.

c) Security costs, 3,025,000 Euros.

d) Maintenance of the Interventions for three years, 3,629,000 Euros.
