The contract covers the following services: Project management contract for the renovation of the block of the former town hall of La Rochelle located Place de la Caille. Renovation of existing buildings to create shops, offices and housing. Project management mission including: 1° Sketch studies (esq); 2° Pre-project studies (aps-APD); 3° Project studies (Pro);4° Assistance to the client for the award of works contracts (Act);5° EXE and VISA execution studies; 6 ° The direction of the execution of works contracts (Det);7 ° The Assistance provided to the client during the acceptance operations and during the guarantee period of perfect completion (Aor); Additional missions:- scheduling, steering and coordination of the site (OPC). Estimated cost of the works: 2,800,000 euros (excluding tax).
