The purpose of this framework agreement is to:-The upkeep, maintenance and troubleshooting of the remote management system for high and low voltage public lighting of the Urban Community of Saint Quentin en Yvelines (Sqy).-The creation or renewal of remote management equipment on the basis of a price list. The contract takes the form of a mixed-price contract comprising:- a part at unit prices settled by applying to the quantities actually executed the unit prices the wording of which is given in the Unit Price Schedule. This part covers routine maintenance services. This part has a maximum amount of 250,000 euro(s) (excl. VAT). - A framework agreement with purchase orders issued as the requirement arises c This part covers one-off needs for renovation and extension work. This part has a minimum amount of 100,000 euro(s) excl. VAT and a maximum of 450,000 euro(s) (excl. VAT).
