The RC specifies the procedures for the submission of applications and tenders. Candidates are not required to sign the contract documents at the stage of submission of applications or tenders. Once the contract has been awarded, the contract will be signed between the Departmental Council and the successful tenderer. The electronic signature of the contract may be required by the institution from the successful tenderer. The validity period of offers is 6 months (i.e. 180 days)
