Framework Agreement for Facilitated School Transport and Commissioned Transport. Option for an Agreement for Exclusive Right for Taxi Service

The agreement applies to transport services for students in primary schools and sixth form colleges, as well as commissioned transport (the Flex scheme) which is mainly provided during the day. An agreement will be entered into with one provider for the following lots:

1) The Indre Østfold region (4 municipalities); and

2) Våler municipality.

The agreement also includes an option for an exclusive right agreement for taxi service. The framework agreement period is 4 years from August 2021. Option for 1 year extension. The municipalities in the inner Østfold region, Marker, Rakkestad and Våler are the contracting authorities to the agreement.
