Tender amount € 13,571,478.43 net of VAT and options, of which:
€ 357,700.47 for Executive Design expenses, of which € 304,763.11 is not subject to a discount and € 52,937.36 is subject to a discount;
€572,473.90 for charges relating to the implementation of security plans not subject to reduction.
Open tender, entirely managed in telematic mode, relating to the executive design and execution of the construction works of the New Hospital Stop of Barletta on the Barletta - Canosa di Puglia section.
The contract consists of a single lot, since any allocation would not guarantee the functional autonomy necessary to allow the full use of individual lots.
Labour costs were estimated at € 2,490,257.68 (two million four hundred and ninety thousand two hundred and fifty-seven/68 euros).

The validation of the project on the basis of the tender took place with note prot. RFI-VDO.DIN.DICSA.PA\A0007\P\2023\0000139 of 19/10/2023.
In this tender procedure we will proceed pursuant to art. 107 co. 3 of Legislative Decree. 36/2023.
The amounts of the work involved in the intervention, including security charges, and excluding tax charges are as follows:
- OG3 (prevailing category) for an amount of € 6,342,248.62 (of which € 66,369.65 relating to category LIS C, € 55,553.13 relating to category OS34 and € 350,000.00 relating to category OG3 for the requirements of the Final Determination of the Services Conference of 3.8.2023);
- OG01 (separable) for an amount of € 3,168,997.33 (of which € 640,000.00 for the provisions of the Final Determination of the Services Conference of 3.8.2023);
- LOC-001 (separable) for an amount of € 1,521,261.84;
- OS18-B (separable) for an amount of € 1,688,941.63 (of which € 210,000.00 for the provisions of the Final Determination of the Services Conference of 3.8.2023);
- OS30 (separable) for an amount of € 566,696.03;
- OG10 (separable) for an amount of € 419,595.51;
- OS19 (separable) for an amount of € 308,167.83 (of which € 50,000.00 for the requirements of the Final Determination of the Services Conference of 3.8.2023);
- OS24 (separable) for an amount of € 185,669.84;
- OS28 (separable) for an amount of € 175,388.05 (of which € 100,000.00 for the provisions of the Final Determination of the Services Conference of 3.8.2023);
Reclamation of war ordnance € 186,811.28 category BOE B. TER classification II The services may be subcontracted only to companies in possession of the requirements established by Ministerial Decree no. 82 of 11 May 2015 ascertained by the competent Office of the Ministry of Defence.
The total amount relating to the transport, disposal or recovery of waste is € 1,803,462.58 if the contractor does not meet the requirements provided for by the relevant legislation in force, the services must be subcontracted to qualified companies as reported in paragraph VI.2.3.1 of the Tender Regulations and in the contract template attached thereto.
