Electrical work: Electrical installation of the new BA1 road maintenance department in Geislingen
Electrical work as part of the new construction project "New construction of the Geislingen road maintenance department".
The access gate and the various buildings are connected via an empty pipe network.
The property will be connected to the local medium-voltage grid (10KV) of the city of Geislingen. The transformer station is located in building 2 (small equipment hall west) of the property. The dry-type transformer (630kVA) is installed at ground level. The switchgear (5 panels) is air-insulated.
The low-voltage main distribution (1 pc.) supplies the respective sub-distribution (5 pc.) in the buildings. The cables (~ 33km) are laid to a large extent on cable trays, in the installation pipe and in cable ducts.
A PV system with monocrystalline PV modules (120 pcs.) will be installed on the standing seam roof of the company building. The inverters (3 pcs.) are mounted on the wall in the technical room. In addition, a battery storage system (48 kWh) will be integrated into the power grid.
Exterior and interior lighting is provided through the use of LED lights.
The LED interior lighting is carried out by means of pendant luminaires (104 pcs.), surface-mounted luminaires (236 pcs.), recessed luminaires (25 pcs.) and recessed downlights (13 pcs). Outdoor lighting is provided by pole lights (11 pcs.) and wall/ceiling lights (45 pcs.)
