GMH | Gebäudemanagement Hamburg GmbH is a municipal company which, among other things, provides construction, operation and management services for more than 50 general education schools in the south of Hamburg (Wilhelmsburg and Harburg) as well as for buildings of the university and municipal buildings.

New construction of a school administration building with a canteen and auditorium, administration rooms and classrooms for pre-school children, approx. 2300 m2 GFA, approx. 1940 m2 NF, basic construction in reinforced concrete construction, interior walls partly MW and drywall, roof construction as prestressed concrete hollow core ceiling, flat inclination, photovoltaic system. The exterior façade is a ventilated curtain wall façade with larch wood formwork, wood-aluminium windows.
