On the Povarskaya 46 plot in Moscow there is a residential building with an adjoining floor (farm building and garage). The residential building, the outbuildings and the enclosure wall are listed as a monument with special conservation value. The construction work on the buildings was approved by the Moscow Heritage Office (Mosgonaslediye) on 28.10.2019.
The main building was built in 1911 in Italian style.
The residence building has been the home and office of the German ambassador in Moscow since 1956. The building is owned by the Russian Federation, represented by GlawUdK and is rented by the Federal Republic of Germany as the residence of the German ambassador.
The construction work includes:
