Purpose of the services:
Framework contract for services within the finance, legal and human resources departments
Comment:
Companies located in Fleurus, IRE (foundation of public utility) and its subsidiary IRE ELiT are renowned and innovative industrial companies with a high development potential. With nearly 250 employees, IRE is one of the world's leading producers of radioisotopes used in nuclear medicine for diagnostic and therapeutic purposes and also offers
environmental protection and monitoring services. IRE ELiT is active in radiopharmaceutical production. Over the last 5 years, the company has strengthened its development and enjoys continuous growth.
Peculiarity:
Our company is located on a class 1 nuclear site with many constraints on various levels, including physical security. No prior visit to the site is envisaged before the start of the mission by the successful tenderer.
Context:
As part of its risk management policy, IRE wishes to be able to count on the support of an expertise office
The market includes:
- Assistance in the development and monitoring of a strategic plan to improve occupational safety and health. This assistance must also be part of a regulatory compliance objective and a medium-term desire for ISO 45001 certification.
- The management of prevention themes with a view to their integration into the IRE's dynamic risk management system. This includes:
o The proposal of processes allowing the management of the theme
o The development of the necessary tools
o Possible training
- Optionally, on-site assistance from a prevention advisor to carry out risk analysis in case of lack of internal resources
The contract is planned for a period of 4 years.
The conclusion of the contract on the basis of these specifications does not give the service provider any exclusive right.
The IRE may, during the period of validity of the contract, have services performed identical or similar to those described in these specifications by other service providers or by its own departments. The service provider cannot therefore assert any right to any compensation.
