Project management contract under restricted procedure relating to the development of public spaces at the Vannes station multimodal transport hub. The procedure will take place in two phases: a “Applications” phase and a “Offers” phase. Only five candidates will be selected at the end of the "Applications" phase to submit an offer.

The project management mission will relate to the following arrangements:

- the redevelopment of public spaces and the requalification of Favrel and Lincy Avenue, including the extension of the forecourt to the future foot of the South footbridge, the creation of separate bus roads and the integration of cycle paths;

- creation of a new bus station, east of the foot of the footbridge, made up of ten accessible platforms and four reserve parking lots;

- the creation of a car park of around 170 spaces specifically dedicated to TER subscribers in the extension of the future bus station.

The provisional amount of the works is estimated at 6,200,000 EUR.
