The contracting authority) provides for the purchase of the collection and transport of mixed utilities generated in the territory of the municipality of Zarasai district, as well as the collection and arrangement of waste to general use containers. The object of purchase is divided into 2 (two) parts: 1) Collecting mixed municipal waste in the territory of the municipality of Zarasai district and their transportation services; 2) Services for collection of waste to general use containers and their arrangement.

By 1 (first) the contracting authority shall provide for the acquisition of the collection and transportation services of mixed utilities formed in the territory of the municipality of Zarasai district.

In part 2 (second) of the purchase, the contracting authority shall provide for the acquisition of waste at common use containers for collection and disposal services.
