The University of Turku is acquiring a product-based partnership management solution (CRM) solution that requires as little atonement as possible. In terms of partnership management, the product replaces the partnership management system currently in use at the University of Turku.
The aim of the partnership management project is to gather information on the Partners and stakeholder cooperation of the University of Turku in a single user-friendly system and to create rules for the joint utilisation of contact capital. This gives the partners a more cohesive and professional image of the university as a partner. Automations and workflows free up working hours for more productive work, and decision-making processes are supported by comprehensive, reliable and up-to-date reporting on partners and stakeholder collaboration. In addition, compliance with data protection requirements is ensured.
