The Scope of Work includes legal services within all areas of law, but it is anticipated that the majority of the work will be in connection with:

- Public Procurement law;

- Construction law;

- Intellectual property law;

- Contract law.

The Work may include, but not limited to, preparations of memos, participating in preparations of enquiry documents, participating in negotiations with potential bidders/suppliers.
