The procurement concerns the maintenance service of traffic light control devices (a total of 102 units) of the traffic light junctions of the road and street network located in the areas of the cities of Lahti, Heinola and Orimattila and the municipality of Hollola, as well as traffic management devices located on the street network of the City of Lahti (variable speed limit signs, LAM points, speed cameras, height warning systems, pedestrian crossing warning lights, warning lights of rescue stations and speed display boards for mobile devices).

The key tasks included in the maintenance service include on-call fault service, fault monitoring, fault investigations and repairs, traffic accident repairs, periodic inspection and maintenance of equipment, maintenance of equipment documentation and other expert tasks related to the equipment to be maintained. In addition, the Service Provider is responsible for maintaining the spare parts inventory. Within the framework of the maintenance service, new installations and renovations of traffic lights and other traffic management equipment can be carried out as additional and modification work.
