The basic subject of this contract is the purchase of electricity by the Ordering Parties listed in point 3 of the SWZ, used entirely for their own needs, in accordance with the provisions of the Energy Law. The estimated total electricity demand in the period covered by the contract, i.e. from 01.01.2024 to 31.12.2025, is 122 656 992.00 kWh. The scope of the Order also includes the repurchase of surplus energy introduced into the DSO network by entities having RES installations – photovoltaic microinstallations. The subject of the contract has been divided into 3 parts due to the use of the purchased energy and the rated voltage.
