The subject of the contract is "Delivery in the form of an operating lease with the option of buying a brand new specialized car (year of production 2022) for the collection and transport of municipal waste for the needs of MPGKiM Sp. z.o.o in Sławno."

This vehicle should be brand new (year of manufacture 2022), fully operational and should meet the quality and technical standards resulting from its function and purpose. A detailed technical and scope description of the subject of the contract, technical, functional and other data required by the Ordering Party constituting the subject of delivery and the method of order execution is contained in the Detailed Description of the Subject of the Order (OPZ), constituting Appendix No. 6 to the SWZ.
