1. The subject of the contract includes the collection, transport and management of waste code 19 12 12 — the waste transmitted 19 12 is a > 80 mm overlay fraction from the treatment of mixed municipal waste (20 03 01) and from the treatment of waste from selective collection.

2. The estimated amount of waste for development will be 6,000 Mg. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to reduce the amount envisaged for the use of waste, which does not result in cancellation or modification of its terms. The actual amount of waste will result from the current needs of the Ordering Party. The waste may be prepared in bulk or in the form of a cube of 100—120 cm x 100—120 cm x 80 cm weighing approximately 400 kg.

3. The waste management method offered must comply with the law applicable in this respect, and in particular the Waste Act of 14 December 2012.

The order covers the collection, transport and management of waste code 19 12 12 — the waste transmitted 19 12 12 is a subsitted fraction > 80 mm from the treatment of mixed municipal waste (20 03 01) and from the treatment of waste from selective collection of 6 000 Mg .
