Hertener Stadtwerke GmbH operate the Copa Ca Backum at the Teichstrasse 20 location in 45699 Herten as a combined outdoor, indoor and leisure pool.

In the area of the leisure pool, the outdated technology and the building envelope are in need.

The leisure pool is decommissioned. The new construction of the leisure pool and the changing area is planned:

- Demolition of the flat roof structure including insulation, bitumen covering, etc. approx. 350 m 2 ;
