The city of Wetter intends to award specialist planning services (structural design in accordance with § 51 HOAI) in connection with the renovation of the Geschwister-Scholl-Gymnasium in Wetter (Oberwengern).

In order to provide interested parties with uniform information on the project, a brief information on the project, the key performance points of the advertised service and the processing of the Award procedure according to VgV available for download. The brief information is also accompanied by forms for the application to participate, which must be used by applicants in the context of the participation competition. After the completion of the participation competition, the applicants selected in the participation competition will be provided with a detailed job description.

The aim is to renovate the Geschwister-Scholl gymnasium and the adjacent gymnasium (including energetic renovation), including the implementation of the necessary fire protection measures and pollutant remediation with the aim of maintaining a largely pollutant-free building. New teaching concepts (especially IT equipment) must be taken into account here. Structured cabling must be provided in connection with the renovation. Overall, the renovation is intended to ensure safe and future-proof continued operation of the school building for the next at least 30 years.

The planning services to be provided are based on the performance profile of the HOAI. In particular, the basic services of the respective service phases 1 to 6 in accordance with § 51 HOAI (structural design) must be provided.

The services to be provided are awarded in stages.

In addition, the following special service is also expected to be commissioned:

• Proof of structural fire protection of components (LPH 4).

The necessary property planning services and other specialist planning services (TGA planning) for the renovation of the Geschwister-Scholl-Gymnasium are awarded in parallel within the framework of separate negotiation procedures.
