The contracting authority wants to enter into a framework agreement for the purchase of a wide range of electrical equipment intended for use in power grid operations. The framework agreement includes the delivery of more than 2 000 products. The vast majority of these products are registered with a unique electricity number in the EFO base (the Electrical industry's joint database of goods). The framework agreement makes requirements for a well-adapted warehouse and short delivery deadlines (‘overnight’).
