The object of the contract is the collection of municipal waste from the owners of the property and its development in the territory of the Municipality of Nowy Tomyśl in Sector I (Task No 1)/Sector II (Task No 2).

Receiving municipal waste from owners of residential property (Landlord) in the Municipality of Nowy Tomyśl in Sector I and their development1.Receiving municipal waste from the owners of inhabited property (Landlord) in the Municipality of Nowy Tomyśl in Sector I, which was established by a resolution of the Municipal Council in Nowy Tomiez annexing the OPZ and its development.
2.Periodic collection of large-sized waste and waste electronic and electrical equipment according to fixed timetables in accordance with the resolution of the New Tomiez City Council annexed to the OPZ.
3. Organizing within the administrative boundaries of the city of Nowy Tomyśl a point of selective collection of municipal waste (PSZOK) and its conduct.
4. In addition to the collection system “at source”, the organisation of three “outdoor nests” in areas intended for public use in the villages of Boruja Kościelna, Przyłęk, Sękowo, a total of three “external nests” for selective collection of municipal waste. Reception of these wastes and their development.
