Guldborgsund Varme A / S wants to enter into a 1-year framework agreement with one supplier for the supply of district heating pipes, as well as various components.

The framework agreement can be extended by up to 7 years (1 year at a time), so that the duration of the framework agreement can be a maximum of 8 years.

During the term of the framework agreement, the contractor's activities in the management area are expected to include:

- Repair and maintenance of existing wiring,

- Planned wiring renovation,

- Extension of the wiring harness.

The framework agreement must support the client's performance of the above and other activities that are necessary for the client to carry out its supply activity.

The framework agreement includes the purchase of pre-insulated district heating pipes, bends, branches, sleeves, welding sheaths, foam materials, joints, valves and pre-insulated pipes and fittings for district heating plugs.

In addition, the framework agreement includes all twin tube components, both fixed and flexible. All dimensions up to DN500 for single pipes and up to DN200 for twin / double pipes are expected to be purchased under the framework agreement. The client may also purchase special components, etc. under the Framework Agreement, should such need arise.

Finally, the contractor can purchase installation services in connection with welding sleeves and alarm wires under the framework agreement.

The client estimates that the value of the purchases in the total duration of the framework agreement will amount to approx. 12 800 000 DKK. The contractor's estimate is based on the historical consumption for the past 2 years, plus the specific projects / services that the contractor has currently planned for the duration of the framework agreement.

Note: The above estimate is based on historical consumption and does not oblige the client. The contracting entity has the right, but not the obligation, to purchase the services covered by the framework agreement on the terms set out in the tender documents. The contracting entity is thus not obliged to purchase a certain amount of services under the framework agreement.
