Comprehensive supply of heat energy to the facilities of the Tax Administration Chamber in Wrocław located in the city of Wrocław.

1. The subject of the contract is the comprehensive supply of heat, i.e. sale, distribution and transmission of heat within the meaning of the Act of 10 April 1997. Energy Law (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1385, as amended), hereinafter referred to as the "Energy Law", to 11 facilities of the Contracting Authority located in the city of Wrocław.

2. Heat will be supplied via a heat carrier - hot water.

3. Comprehensive supply of heat energy will take place:

- for heating purposes - in the period from September to May,

- for the purpose of preparing domestic hot water - year-round.
