The purpose of this consultation is to select a group of operators associated with a team of designers, with a view to carrying out a mixed housing and activities operation, as part of a land transfer of a right-of-way owned by Bordeaux Métropole, former car dealership, located at 84 avenue de la Liberation, 33110 Le Bouscat.

Operator-designer consultation "Living, thriving, 50,000 housing accessible by nature" Le Bouscat Ilot Barrière du Médoc. The consultation, lasting around one year, aims to designate a winning group in March 2022.

It will take place in two phases:

- the 1 re phase intended to retain the three or four (3 or 4) candidates who will be admitted to submit an offer;

- the 2 of phase during which the candidates will constitute their offer. At the end of this phase, a single candidate will be selected.
