The purpose of this invitation to tender is to supply green electrical energy to the following European institutions or bodies, established in Luxembourg:

— European Commission (EC);

— European Parliament (EP);

— Court of Justice of the European Union (CJEU);

— European Court of Auditors (ECA);

— European Investment Bank (EIB);

— Translation Centre for the Bodies of the European Union (CdT);

— European Schools of Luxembourg (EEI and EEII);

— European Stability Mechanism (ESM);

— European Public Prosecutor's Office (EPPO).
